MCDR is not charging for postings for 1 year.  This is your website to cultivate.  We need your job postings and resumes to allow the Board to grow, develop.

This job Board is not intended to conflict in any way with governmental job postings.  The intent is of this job Board is to target jobs specifically for job seeking ADR professionals, and hopefully within this region.

Thank you and good luck!

NOTE:  Employer job postings and resume postings are allowed for 30, 60, or 90 days; you can repost as needed.  The Board will be monitored monthly.  MCDR does not accept responsibility or liability for any posting or any statements made by either job seekers or employers therein.  Inappropriate postings as determined by MCDR will be summarily removed.  MCDR, our IP, and web hosting service has and continues to make every effort to secure and preserve the privacy of your information.      MCDR is the oldest membership-based organization in Maryland dedicated to promoting the use of mediation and supporting

the mediation profession.  We have a proud history of successfully advocating for allowing multiple professions to practice mediation,

halting attempts to restrict the practice some fifteen years ago.  MCDR is the first organization to establish performance based criteria

now in use as a national model, part of an ongoing dialogue on quality assurance and mediator credentials.
