Join us for a lunchtime presentation on how to be heard in the ADR process. Panelists will discuss tools for mediators to be heard by participants, and how we can help participants hear each other. From a mental health prospective, our panel will also discuss cues to look for that may cause the mediators to use different tools to facilitate the conversation.
