The panel will share their perspective on Ethics and Online Dispute Resolution in their area of practice during this time of physical distancing using video conferencing. The group will discuss the impact of video conferencing and contributions Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) have on mediating conflict during this extraordinary time.
The panel will begin with each panelist offering a brief introduction to their mediation practice style. Each panelist will comment about the application of their approach to mediation during this crisis. The panel will then discuss submitted questions referencing the topic of Ethics and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR).
