MCDR ADR Professional Opportunities

By: Harold C. Cohen, MCDR Legislative Committee Chair

As part of my duties as Legislative Committee Chair, I would like to share with our membership some ADR opportunities. A significant complaint heard from new mediators and arbitrators is the inability to find cases. This column will try to help.

Our first set of opportunities is for arbitrators and health care professionals. It concerns agencies that provide ADR and review services for the federal No Surprise Act and similar programs. Listed below are some possible opportunities and the qualifications they are looking for.

Please remember that what is here is unofficial and these agencies may not be hiring or may change their requirements without notice. Thanks to MSBA Board Member Gary Norman and MSBA ADR Committee Chair Jim Pauli for the time spent collecting information.
