MCDR membership has many benefits.  They include:

  • Sharing and education through our website, newsletter, and discussion groups.

  • Master Classes at reduced member rate for increasing skills and knowledge.

  • A voluntary Performance Based Mediator Certification, the first in Maryland, for experienced mediators to hone their skills with constructive feedback from trained assessors.
