Liaison to Bar and Legislature Co-chairs

As mediation and other ADR processes become more common in Maryland, practitioners are likely to face more questions about confidentiality and issues relevant to judicial procedures. Under the leadership of Louise Phipps Senft, MCDR has established a new standing committee to serve as a clearinghouse of information regarding these issues.

Roger Wolf has graciously agreed to serve as chairperson of the new committee. What's more, Roger has agreed to put his resources and those of the Mediation Clinic of the University of Maryland School of Law at the disposal of the committee. MCDR invites its members to use this committee as a resource for education and support as questions arise!
