Steve Henick, is a retired international business executive. Since his retirement, Steve has become a mediator and teaches business courses at Anne Arundel Community College. He is also the President of the Anne Arundel Conflict Resolution Center, President of the First Village Condominium Board and co-facilitator of the Institute for the Future @ AACC. Steve mediates privately as a partner in Rodis & Henick LLC. He also mediates for the Maryland Commission on Human Relations, the Maryland District and Circuit Courts and the Anne Arundel Conflict Resolution Center. Prior to his business career, Steve was a Captain and pilot in the United States Marine Corps. Steve is a graduate of Columbia University and the Harvard Graduate Business School. He has received mediation training from the Los Angeles Bar Association and Community Mediation Maryland. Steve lives with his wife, Bette, in Annapolis.
