Dave Simison has been mediating for over 10 years. He provides mediation training for the ABA and MICPEL. He has received over 170 hours in training from MICPEL, MCDR, the Anne Arundel Circuit Court, and the District Court. He chairs the AA Bar ADR Committee and serves as Treasurer of the MSBA ADR Section.

He serves on the Board and is past Treas. of the Maryland Council for Dispute Resolution (MCDR), past President of the AA Bar Assoc. and AA Bar Foundation and he has served on the Boards of the Md State Bar Assoc., the AA Bar Assoc., and the AA Bar Foundation.

He has hundreds of hours of mediation and has been Certified as meeting the highest standards of practice as a mediator by the MCDR. He is currently a panel mediator for the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County for CINA and Divorce Cases and the District Court for Anne Arundel County for Peace Order and General Civil Cases.
