MCDR is one of the earliest ADR organizations to draft it's own "Behavioral and Ethical Standards for Mediator Practitioners in Maryland." In February, 2009, the MCDR Board adopted the MPME Standards in place of MCDR's original standards. These standards can be found at the following website:
